Communion/Confirmation

A huge thank you to Fr Oliver for assisting us in getting the First Confession completed with our girls
in Second and Third Class. They had a wonderful day. The provisional date of 15 th May which had
been set for the First Communion is not yet certain as we are awaiting clear guidance from the
Government and our diocese. We will let you know as soon as we get some information. There is
still no date set for the Confirmation.

School Football Training

We were delighted to welcome back Alan McCormack last Friday for our school football training.
Alan will be with us every Friday up to the summer holidays.
Staff Meeting

We are having our Summer Term Staff Meeting on Thursday, 29 th April beginning at 1pm. We
propose that the children will finish at 1pm on Thursday 29 th to allow us to do this.

Covid

Thank you to all for your compliance with all the Covid regulations over the past year. It is due to
your compliance that we have thankfully remained Covid-free. Well done to all.

Standardised Tests

We will be carrying out our Standardised Tests with the children over the coming weeks.

Parent – Teacher Meetings

We propose to carry out PT meetings in 10-minute slots via telephone during the week of 17th May –
20th May. We will send out times in the coming weeks.

Guard of Honour

A huge thank you to all those who were available to join in with our guard of honour for Kevin. We
really appreciated it. The family have also expressed their gratitude for it.
